Most systems built by guidaMedia are based on g-Edit to help curb costs. This allows the customer to focus a majority of the budget on application development.

stayannapolis.com is a property management site for homes leased for long term rentals, vacation get-a-ways, or annual events. This site uses the g-Edit™ system for basic content editing and the property management feature is a custom application built as a module within the system. Search features can be added anywhere on the site through an easy to use user interface. Some of the key features of this property management system include: owner, renter and unit management; a reservation and calendar system; and a rate table with custom intervals of stay and rental periods.

The Quality Connection site is managed through a simple content editing system and static HTML pages. The site adheres to strict design guidelines; the system is customized to receive and present data accordingly. A simple management system accommodates combinations of permissions to be applied to a role. Changing roles is a data operation, eliminating any code modifications.

The site was designed by the prime contractor Concept Foundry. The management system is based on C# and MS SQL 2005.

Webster Furniture is a site built on an elaborate backend that provides the flexibility to promote its products. The site provides features that allows clients to depict different collections of furniture, as well as define categories.

A unique attribute of the site is that the back-end functions as the frontend, so that administrators simply navigate the site to modify the inventory. Since the front-end is easy to navigate, the backend is easy to work with even for the novice user.

Another notable aspect is the news and events feature allowing administrators to set a time period when the news will be available. Clients can advertise sales, charity events, and other news items with ease.
